Kanika’s Nursing Academy offers a free nursing internship program for colleges and universities. This page is for authorised institutional coordinators who want to register a nursing student group and discuss internship arrangements with our team.
Start by sharing your institution, nursing program, expected group size and preferred month. Next, verify the coordinator’s email address. Our team will review the request and contact you about availability and the proposed plan.

Free nursing internship program for institutional groups
The program is free of cost. College and university coordinators can use one dedicated form to introduce their institution and explain their nursing students’ learning needs. You do not need to pay a registration fee to submit a request.
Before registering, identify the person who will coordinate the request. Use contact details that this person can access and check regularly. This helps the academy ask follow-up questions and agree on the next steps with the right representative.
Registration starts a discussion; it does not automatically confirm a place, schedule or employment. The academy will discuss the duration, location, delivery arrangements and availability directly with your coordinator. Please share any institutional requirements in the form so the team can review them.

Institution registration
For authorised college and university coordinators. Fields marked * are required.
Who can register for the nursing internship program?
The registration form is for authorised representatives of colleges and universities with nursing programs. For example, a nursing department coordinator, placement officer or other authorised faculty representative can submit the institution’s request.
Choose the nursing program that best describes your student group and enter an estimated number of students. If the exact plan is still being prepared, explain that in the requirements field. Our team can discuss the details after reviewing your registration.
What should your coordinator prepare?
- The full college or university name, location and institution type.
- The affiliated university or council and official website, if available.
- The coordinator’s name, designation, email address and contact number.
- The nursing program, expected group size and preferred start month.
- A short note about learning objectives, scheduling needs or institutional requirements.
Please do not include student identity documents, medical information or individual student lists in this initial form. At this stage, an estimated group size is enough for the team to begin the discussion.
How registration and review work
First, complete the institution form and security check. Then request the six-digit email code and enter it to submit your registration. Once the email is verified, the request is recorded privately for the academy team to review.
Keep the registration reference shown after submission. Afterwards, the team will check the institution details and contact the coordinator. Email verification confirms access to the mailbox; the academy still reviews institutional authority and internship arrangements separately.
