1. Project Nurse-III (Recruitment)

The Recruitment Nurses will primarily be involved in recruitment of study participants.

Their duties include:

Screening and recruiting eligible mother–infant dyads from labour rooms and maternity wards. Obtaining written informed consent. Collecting study-related information. Maintaining recruitment records. Coordinating with obstetric and neonatal teams for implementation of the study protocol. Supporting in-hospital follow-up. Performing rotational duties, including night shifts, because participant enrolment needs to be facilitated round the clock. Undertaking other project-related duties as required.
