B.Sc. Nursing Course

  • Course Duration: 4 Years (including 6 months compulsory internship)
  • Academic Session: 2026–27
  • Admission Basis: Through GMCH Combined Entrance Test (GCET-2026) only.

  • UT Chandigarh Pool (85%): 51 seats
  • General Pool (15%): 9 seats
  • Additional Supernumerary Seats: 8 seats reserved for students from Jammu & Kashmir (filled separately through Government nomination).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have:

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination.
  • Studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually.
  • Minimum aggregate marks:
    • General/OBC-NCL: 50%
    • SC: 45%

Students who passed through NIOS with PCB and English are also eligible, but only for General Pool seats.

Minimum Age

  • Candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31 December 2026.

  • Mode: Offline (MCQ based)
  • Medium: English only
  • Duration: 2 Hours
  • Total Questions: 100
  • Marks per Question: 1
  • Negative Marking: No negative marking
